Over 200 heritage dishes will be featured at their Actions Stalls namely Rojak, Traditional Kerabu, Live Action, Off the Grill, Malay Heritage, From China Town, Nasi Kandar, ABC and Sweet Temptations to name a few, all presented by Executive Chef Firdaus and his talented culinary team at Lada & Clove Restaurant.
Dari Dapur Bonda will feature Malay heritage dishes specially made by Mak Timah; a seasoned chef flown in from Malacca who has worked in several established institutions around Malaysia, cooking for VIPs and dignitaries alike.
Don’t miss out on Mak Timah’s signature dishes namely Sup Tulang Merah, a popular dish from across the causeway, Nasi Kandar with Mamak Style Kari Ikan dan Sayur, Ayam Goreng Rempah, Bendi Goreng, Telur Dadar, Udang Kari, Briyani Gam Ayam with Papadom and Green Chilli, Perut Lembu (Beef Tripe) Masak Lemak dengan Nenas, and Nasi Kerabu with Assorted Condiments. Ramadan in Johor would not be complete without enjoying Trove’s very own Laksa Johor and Bubur Lambuk. Executive Chef Firdaus and Team will also be preparing poplar rice dishes such as Nasi Dagang Terengganu and Nasi Pulut Kuning best enjoyed with Chicken or Beef Rendang, specially crafted Gulai Ayam dan Kentang, Hati Ayam Masak Kicap and Ikan Keli Goreng Rempah, made with spices grown and procured locally.
